Beef Meatball: Ground Beef, Onion, Breadcrumbs (unbleached wheat flour, sugar, yeast, salt), Pecorino Romano Cheese (pasteurized sheep’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Whole Eggs, Parsley, Salt, Black Pepper.

Heating Instructions

STOVE TOP

  • Remove pouch from sleeve and tray
  • Carefully cut open pouch with knife or kitchen scissors and pour into medium sized pot
  • Cover the pot and heat for 15 minutes on medium-low heat
  • Remove the cover and lower the heat to simmer for additional 4–5 minutes

 

MICROWAVE

  • Remove the sleeve and carefully poke a few holes in the pouch using a fork or knife (leave the pouch in the tray)
  • Cover the pouch with a paper towel and heat in the microwave on high for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the tray from the microwave and let rest for 1 minute before removing the cover and cutting open the pouch with a knife or kitchen scissors
