My BLOODY MARY

As requested, My BLOODY MARY

 

You’ll need:

  • 46 ounces of real tomato juice, not from concentrate. 
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lime
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbs fresh grated horseradish, less if you want it mild
  • 2 tbs hot sauce I use Tabasco at least or more
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tbs course freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp of coarse sea salt
  • Vodka

 

Directions:

  1. You need to use real tomato juice, not one from concentrate. If for some reason you can find this, then I suggest taking 2-28 ounce cans of whole plum tomatoes and purée them in a blender or food processor.
  2. For the garnish I love a simple celery stick.

Personally I am not into all those jacked up presentations. I like mine simple
