My BLOODY MARY
As requested, My BLOODY MARY
You’ll need:
- 46 ounces of real tomato juice, not from concentrate.
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lime
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbs fresh grated horseradish, less if you want it mild
- 2 tbs hot sauce I use Tabasco at least or more
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbs course freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp of coarse sea salt
- Vodka
Directions:
- You need to use real tomato juice, not one from concentrate. If for some reason you can find this, then I suggest taking 2-28 ounce cans of whole plum tomatoes and purée them in a blender or food processor.
- For the garnish I love a simple celery stick.
Personally I am not into all those jacked up presentations. I like mine simple
