Daniel’s Asian Chicken
Here is a simple chicken recipe that’s is loaded with a very nice Flavor
You’ll need:
- 1.5 lb boneless skinless thighs (all chicken parts work great)
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 4 scallions minced
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
- In a bowl add canola oil, soy sauce scallions, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes.
- Mixed this together very well then with my hand I added the chicken one piece at a time and mixed it into the marinade.
- Cover with plastic wrap and into the fridge for a couple hours up to 24.
- Place on a very hot grill either outdoor or indoor. I flip when I gave a nice sear on the first side, 5 minutes.
- Use a thermometer and grill to 165 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes.
