Daniel's Asian Chicken

Here is a simple chicken recipe that’s is loaded with a very nice Flavor

 

You’ll need:

  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless thighs (all chicken parts work great)
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 scallions minced
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

 

Directions:

  1. In a bowl add canola oil, soy sauce scallions, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes.
  2. Mixed this together very well then with my hand I added the chicken one piece at a time and mixed it into the marinade.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and into the fridge for a couple hours up to 24.
  4. Place on a very hot grill either outdoor or indoor. I flip when I gave a nice sear on the first side, 5 minutes.
  5. Use a thermometer and grill to 165 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes.
