You will have a delicious pasta dinner on the table in about 20 minutes. All you need is a jar of my Mama Mancini’s sauce and a couple simple ingredients.
Mama Mancini's Recipes
Mama Mancini’s Quick Meat Sauce
Ingredients
- 1-24 oz jar of Mama Mancini’s sauce
- 2-tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1-16oz package of Mama Mancini’s Meatballs (OR 1/2-pound ground beef)
- 1-pound of your favorite pasta
- Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

If using Mama Mancini's Meatballs, heat per directions on pack and skip to step 4.

If using ground beef, add the oil to a heavy pot on medium heat.

When the oil is sizzling hot add the beef and brown it, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Drain the fat.

Add the jar of Mama Mancini’s sauce. If using Mama Mancini's meatballs, break the meatballs up into the sauce.

Add 1/4 cup of water to the empty jar put the lid on and shake. Add that to the sauce then turn the heat to medium.

When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to a slow simmer for 15 minutes (uncovered), stirring periodically.

Cook your pasta 1 min short of recommended cook time.

Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water. Strain the pasta then add it to the sauce with the 1/4 cup of pasta water.

Toss the pasta in the meat sauce on low heat for one minute to marry the pasta with the meat sauce.

Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle on your cheese choice.
