Salad Dressing – make it, don’t buy it!
My recipe is made without sugar, salt, preservatives. This is the dressing my Grandmother, Mama Mancini would make when I was growing up back in Brooklyn, a long time ago. I still make it to this day, it’s delicious. The perfect summer dinner in my home is a bowl of our Mama Mancini’s meatballs in sauce with some fresh grated pecorino, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a chunk of rustic Italian bread and a salad tossed with my Grandmothers dressing. It really does not get better then that.
