Roasted Red Peppers
Now, I do love them the traditional way without the skin but I love them even MORE done this way.
You’ll need:
- red bell peppers
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 500 degrees.
- Clean the peppers and then toss in a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Then place them on a baking sheet. Put them in the oven for 10 minutes then flip them and roast another 5 minutes.
I use these on salads, in sandwiches, with pastas, just the way they are and many other ways. I freeze what I don’t use in batches.
