Daniel’s Asian Chicken
Here is a simple chicken recipe that’s is loaded with a very nice Asian Flavor.
I am going to grill this chicken outside but it’s great on an indoor grill pan as well!
You will need:
- 1.5 lb boneless skinless thighs (all chicken parts work great)
In a bowl- - 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tbs minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 4 scallions minced
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
- I mixed this together very well then with my hand I added the chicken one piece at a time and mixed it into the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and into the fridge for a couple hours up to 24.
- Place on a very hot grill either outdoor or indoor. Brush the marinade on as you grill.
- I flip when I gave a nice sear on the first side, 5 minutes. Use a thermometer and grill to 165 degrees.
- Let rest for 10 minutes.
