Pizza Making Lesson
I gave a friend a pizza making lesson.
What could be more fun…make pizza, eat pizza and drink wine.
We made a Brooklyn pizza, a salami and hot Italian pork sausage and a Margherita.
- Pizza stone heated on top rack at 550 degrees for 1 hour.
- Stretch the dough on a surface with flour.
- All the ingredients were brought to room temperature.
- Sauce, 28 ounce can of whole Italian plum tomatoes with some fresh basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and oregano all pulsed in a blender.
I have a feeling my friend will not be ordering in pizza again.
