Pizza Making Lesson

brooklyn pieI gave a friend a pizza making lesson.
What could be more fun…make pizza, eat pizza and drink wine.
We made a Brooklyn pizza, a salami and hot Italian pork sausage and a Margherita.

 

  1. Pizza stone heated on top rack at 550 degrees for 1 hour.
  2. Stretch the dough on a surface with flour.
  3. All the ingredients were brought to room temperature.
  4. Sauce, 28 ounce can of whole Italian plum tomatoes with some fresh basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and oregano all pulsed in a blender.

I have a feeling my friend will not be ordering in pizza again.
