Bloody Mary Mix
Just in case you needed it. I love a good Bloody Mary and this one is so good!
You will need:
- 1 46 ounce can tomato juice use a good quality like Sacramento
- 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbs prepared horseradish
- 1 tbs hot sauce I use Tabasco more or less to taste. I use more
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbs course freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Vodka to taste (I use 2 ounces per drink) added to each drink made.
- Use a tall glass with ice
For the garnish:
- A lime slice
- A stalk of celery with the leafs on the end
Directions:
Make the mix ahead of time up to 24 hours and let it sit in the fridge. Then you can taste it for any adjustment. Remember you can always add the heat but you can’t remove it.
