Fan Recipe: Mama’s Meatball Wellington

Mama’s Meatball Wellington
Ingredients:

  • 1 package of filo dough
  • Parmesan
  • Pancetta
  • MamaMancini’s meatballs and slow cooked Italian sauce
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. Prepare filo dough by layering with a thin sheen of EVOO.
  2. Dust with parmesan then a layer of pancetta, spread a thin layer of sauce, thin layers of fresh mozzarella.
  3. Slice meatballs in thirds and layer.
  4. Roll your Wellington smoothing all seems.
  5. Bake @350° for 25-30 mins.
  6. Slice & enjoy with warmed sauce.
