Fan Recipe: Baby Back Ribs

Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients

  • 1# Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 cu beef broth
  • 2 containers of MM Meatballs& Sauce
  • 2 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes
  • Fresh basil

Directions:

  1. Dry ribs, cut into two segment pieces. Salt n pepper both sides. Put in heavy Dutch oven in batches. Brown ribs well on both sides. Reserve.
  2. Brown sausage on all sides. Reserve.
  3. Add broth and scape bottom of pot.
  4. Add Meatballs and sauce along with crushed tomato. Bring to simmer.
  5. Add ribs and sausage. Cover and cook med-low until ribs and sausage are heated through.
  6. Mince basil and stir in at end off heat.
