Fan Recipe: Baby Back Ribs

Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
- 1# Italian Sausage
- 1/2 cu beef broth
- 2 containers of MM Meatballs& Sauce
- 2 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes
- Fresh basil
Directions:
- Dry ribs, cut into two segment pieces. Salt n pepper both sides. Put in heavy Dutch oven in batches. Brown ribs well on both sides. Reserve.
- Brown sausage on all sides. Reserve.
- Add broth and scape bottom of pot.
- Add Meatballs and sauce along with crushed tomato. Bring to simmer.
- Add ribs and sausage. Cover and cook med-low until ribs and sausage are heated through.
- Mince basil and stir in at end off heat.
