Have you ever wondered why the most delicious and what seemed simple recipes somehow become very complicated when you researched them? And then you think back to what you had in the restaurant and it seemed less complicated. Well here is a very basic, simple (the way it was meant to be) and delicious Lobster Roll Recipe, perfect for today

For 6 lobster rolls you will need:

  • The meat from 4-1.5 lb lobsters. Make it easy and have your fish store steam them for you. Some will also remove the meat.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 celery stalks finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 6 split top hot dog buns

Directions:

  1. Put the lobster meat, mayo, lemon juice, celery, salt, pepper in a bowl and mix it up and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter and brush it on both insides of the buns and toast them.
  3. Now just fill with the lobster.

Not complicated, simple.
