Tagliatelle Pasta with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
This recipe uses just a couple REAL ingredients, is authentic and so delicious.
You’ll need:
- 1-Cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 4-tbs of butter
- 1/2-cup of heavy cream
- 1-tsp salt
- 1-tsp of fresh cracked pepper
- 1-lb of parpadelle pasta
Directions:
- Add the butter and cheese to the skillet on a low heat to melt
- Add the salt and pepper
- Add the heavy cream
- Bring to a low boil and turn off the heat
- Cook your pasta 2-min short of recommended time
- Put the heat to medium on the sauce and add the pasta to the sauce and fold it into the sauce for 2 minutes
- Serve immediately and from the skillet
