Tagliatelle Pasta with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

This recipe uses just a couple REAL ingredients, is authentic and so delicious.

You’ll need:

  • 1-Cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 4-tbs of butter
  • 1/2-cup of heavy cream
  • 1-tsp salt
  • 1-tsp of fresh cracked pepper
  • 1-lb of parpadelle pasta

Directions:

  1. Add the butter and cheese to the skillet on a low heat to melt
  2. Add the salt and pepper
  3. Add the heavy cream
  4. Bring to a low boil and turn off the heat
  5. Cook your pasta 2-min short of recommended time
  6. Put the heat to medium on the sauce and add the pasta to the sauce and fold it into the sauce for 2 minutes
  7. Serve immediately and from the skillet
