Spaghetti Garlic & Oil

Ingredients
- 1 lb-spaghetti
- 1/2-cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 5-8 garlic cloves sliced
- 1/2-tsp crushed red pepper
- A little chopped parsley
- Pasta water
Directions

Add the olive oil, garlic, red pepper to a skillet large enough to hold the finished dish. Put the heat to low sauté for 5 minutes until the garlic releases their aroma and turns golden but do not burn the garlic.

Remove the skillet from the heat and add 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet this will stop the garlic from cooking.

Cook the spaghetti 2 minutes short of done.

Remove 1 cup of pasta water but only add 1/4 cup to the skillet put the heat to medium strain the pasta add it to the skillet toss this all together for 2 minutes. Add a little more pasta water if needed.

Toss in the parsley.
