Flame Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 – Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, Sliced
- 1/4 cup – Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbsp – Dijon Mustard (Optional)
- 1/2 – Celery Stalk, Finely Chopped
- 2 Tbsp – Red Onion, Finely Chopped
- 2 Tbsp – Fresh Parsley or Chives (Optional)
- 1/4 cup – Grapes, Halved (Optional)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp – Lemon Juice (Optional)
Directions

Dice the flame grilled chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard (if using). Add lemon juice if you want a tangy flavor.

Add the diced chicken, chopped celery, red onion, and parsley or chives to the bowl with the mayo mixture. If you’re using grapes, add them as well.

Mix everything gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
