Recipe: Pasta with Asparagus and Mushrooms
Simple and even elegant, it’s a filling dish that tricks you into eating almost-crazy amounts of vegetables. My Pasta with Asparagus and Mushrooms delight!
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Asparagus
- Mushrooms
- Pasta
Procedure:
1.Cook pasta in salted water to desired texture. Drain and set aside.
2. Slice asparagus in little rings.
3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sauté garlic onion in olive oil then add asparagu
s and mushrooms, then add a little chopped Procuitto white wine (1/2 cup) then scrape all the brown bits.
4. When the wine evaporates add 2 cups chicken stock, 1 cup cream reduce to thick sauce.
5. Add cooked pasta.
6. YUM!
