STOVE TOP
- Remove pouch from sleeve and tray
- Carefully cut open pouch with knife or kitchen scissors and pour into medium sized pot
- Cover the pot and heat for 15 minutes on medium-low heat
- Remove the cover and lower the heat to simmer for additional 4–5 minutes
MICROWAVE
- Remove the sleeve and carefully poke a few holes in the pouch using a fork or knife (leave the pouch in the tray)
- Cover the pouch with a paper towel and heat in the microwave on high for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes
- Carefully remove the tray from the microwave and let it rest for 1 minute before removing the cover and cutting open the pouch with a knife or kitchen scissors
