Pesto
For this Pesto I used basil, garlic, pecorino Romano and Cashews! Sooooooo good. I had some fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and arugula left over from Pizza Night so I made a salad.
You’ll need:
- 4-cups of Basil
- 2-garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup of Romano
- 1/2cups of in salted cashews
Directions:
- Put all this in a food processor and slowly
- Added extra virgin olive oil until happy with the consistency. You’ll know when you added enough olive oil when it looks like pesto.
- Taste and adjust your ingredients.
