Meatball Parmigiana Stovetop
Pick up some of my MamaMancini’s Meatballs at the prepared foods counter at your local supermarket and get this delicious dish on the table in 15 minutes.
You’ll need:
- MamaMancini’s Meatballs
- Ricotta Cheese
- Romano Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
- Place the fully cooked meatballs and sauce in a skillet and heat.
- Top with shredded mozzarella, ricotta, Romano, and some Parmesan cheese cover tightly with a lid and remove from the heat.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, remove the lid and enjoy.
