MamaMancini’s Turkey Meatballs, Pasta, and Fennel
Fennel is an underrated vegetable that few people utilize in their everyday cooking. Although it looks like a combination between an onion and a head of lettuce, the flavor is very similar to licorice or anise, and adds a hint of tangy essence that is sure to spice up any pasta and meatball dish.
Serves: 4-6
Cooking time: 23-30 minutes

– 1 tbs olive oil
– 1/2 fennel bulb (julienned)
