Mama Mancini’s Meatloaf Sandwich
Today’s lunch a Mama Mancini’s meatloaf sandwich!
Here is how I made this delicious beauty!
Directions:
- I sliced one of my Mama Mancini’s meatloaves.
- I brushed each side of the slices with a little olive oil.
- Brought a cast iron skillet to screaming hot.
- Into the skillet went the meatloaf for about 2 minutes a side which not only heated the meatloaf but left it with a nice crispy finish!
- Onto some nice toasted ciabatta bread with a little provolone cheese and some baby arugula.
- Topped with my Mama Mancini’s tangy meatloaf tomato sauce.
Delicious, easy, quick and made only with real ingredients and who does not love a meatloaf sandwich!
