Fried Chicken Cutlets
Simple ingredients, easy method and incredibly delicious. You need this recipe, trust me.
You’ll need:
- 1-pounded thin cutlets
- 1-cup of flour
- olive oil
- 2-cups of panko bread crumbs
- 2-fresh lemons
- grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 3-eggs
Directions:
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl
- Heat 1/2″ of olive oil and a squeeze of 1/2 lemon in a skillet
- Dredge the chicken in flour, then in the egg
- Coat with bread crumbs
- Fry them till golden
Plate them and top with a little cheese. Serve with lemon wedges.
