MamaMancini’s Cannoli Cream Cups

Lately, I’ve been craving the perfect dessert—something light and a bit nostalgic. I remembered how my mom used to make these delicious, bite-sized cannoli cups when I was younger. I would stand in the kitchen and eat up to five in one sitting! MamaMancini’s cannoli cream cups are the perfect solution when you want a quick and easy dessert that takes just minutes to prepare. They’re a fun twist on the classic Italian cannoli. These mini treats are perfect for parties and are enjoyed by guests of all ages! They’re so good that I decided to share this secret recipe with all of you!

Serving Size: Approximately 60 cups
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Refrigerate: Optional: 30-60 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 60 mini fillo baskets (pre-cooked, frozen)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. First, remove fillo baskets from freezer and set aside to thaw.
  2. Use an electric mixer to whip the ricotta and goat cheeses together.
  3. Next, mix in the powdered sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
  4. Place the filling into a large Ziploc bag and cut a small hole in the corner.
  5. Pipe the filling into the fillo baskets.
  6. Top with the mini chocolate chips.
  7. Optional: Place in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes if you prefer the filling to be firmer.
