Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Garlic and Pancetta.
I couldn’t make up my mind which one I wanted so I just combined them! Came out great and you could also toss with pasta. Simple.
You’ll need:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Brussels sprouts cut in half
- Broccoli cut into smaller pieces
- Pancetta cubed
- 5 garlic cloves chopped
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2-tsp black pepper
- 1/2-tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Equal amounts of each vegetable and 1/4 cup of diced pancetta
Directions:
- Toss everything in a bowl
- Spread onto a baking sheet
- Into a per heated 400 degree oven for 30 min
- Toss at 20 minutes
