A simple and absolutely delicious chicken dish!
Directions
- In a skillet we put some olive oil and butter, once hot we lightly browned some salted and peppered cutlets. Couple minutes on each side.
- Remove to a plate then add some fresh sage and allow the sage to sauté for several minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup dry white wine and while it is reducing scrape all the goodness off the bottom of the pan.
- Once this has reduced in half add the chicken back to the skillet turning to coat all the cutlets.
- Cover, turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes to marinate
So simple, ingredients just a couple and absolutely delicious.
