Stuffed Peppers Recipe with MamaMancini’s Meatballs

A simple way to make delicious stuffed peppers in minutes using Mama Mancini’s Meatballs in Sauce.

You’ll need:

  • 1 pouch of beef or turkey meatballs in sauce, thawed
  • 1 cup white rice, prepared
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano or parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Remove the tops of the peppers and clean all the seeds.
  3. Place the peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully remove them and allow them to drain on a plate, open side down.
  5. In a bowl, crush the meatballs into the sauce then mix in the cooked rice, 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella, and Romano cheese.
  6. Stuff the peppers and top with the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese, then put them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
