Grilled Romain

You’ll need:

  • Heads of Romain lettuce
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan


  1. Cut the lettuce in half
  2. Brush with the olive oil
  3. Place on a hot grill for 1 min and flip
  4. Remove after another min
  5. Top with shaved/grated Parmesan
