Roasted Potatoes

You’ll need:Potatoes

  • 1 lb of red potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black cracked pepper
  • Fresh sage

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut the potatoes into quarters
  3. Toss in some olive oil, sea salt, black cracked pepper and fresh sage
  4. Roast in a cast iron skillet in the oven until crispy, about 20 minutes
