Roasted Potatoes
- 1 lb of red potatoes
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Black cracked pepper
- Fresh sage
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
- Cut the potatoes into quarters
- Toss in some olive oil, sea salt, black cracked pepper and fresh sage
- Roast in a cast iron skillet in the oven until crispy, about 20 minutes
