Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

If you have never made roasted brussels sprouts you have to make them! Even if you don’t like brussels sprouts, this is a must try! I keep mine simple and I love them well done!

 

You’ll need:

  • 1.5 lbs of brussels sprouts bottom cut off and then cut in half.
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2-tbs of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Black cracked pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Toss all this in a bowl with your hands making sure to lightly cover all the brussels sprouts.
  2. Spread out flat side down on a baking sheet
  3. Into a pre heated 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes
  4. Toss them after 30 minutes

You could also add some pancetta cut into small pieces or bacon. What could be bad with that? I serve these with everything and anything and also just by themselves! A sprinkle of Romano or Parmesan cheese wouldn’t hurt it.
