Roasted Brussels Sprouts
If you have never made roasted brussels sprouts you have to make them! Even if you don’t like brussels sprouts, this is a must try! I keep mine simple and I love them well done!
You’ll need:
- 1.5 lbs of brussels sprouts bottom cut off and then cut in half.
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 2-tbs of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Black cracked pepper
Directions:
- Toss all this in a bowl with your hands making sure to lightly cover all the brussels sprouts.
- Spread out flat side down on a baking sheet
- Into a pre heated 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes
- Toss them after 30 minutes
You could also add some pancetta cut into small pieces or bacon. What could be bad with that? I serve these with everything and anything and also just by themselves! A sprinkle of Romano or Parmesan cheese wouldn’t hurt it.
