Zucchini Sautéd with Onions and Garlic

Zucchini Sautéd with Onions and GarlicThe Garden is overflowing with Zucchini and so is the supermarket so here is a simple recipe to put them to good use. You could toss this with pasta and scramble with eggs. But I am enjoying it just the way it is.

 

You’ll need:

  • 2-3 Zucchini cut into half moon shaped pieces
  • 4 Garlic cloves sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbs Olive oil

 

Directions:

  1. Heat a skillet to hot and add the olive oil, onion, garlic, salt n pepper
  2. Sauté for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add the zucchini and toss to coat with the oil
  4. Allow this cook till the zucchini is cooked through
  5. I like mine on the well done side
  6. Taste for salt n pepper and adjust
