London Broil
This London broil is gonna be sliced paper thin then placed on crostini then I’ll top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, pinch of sea salt and black pepper.,
Marinade:
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- Fresh basil chopped at least 6 leaves
- 6 large garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a large zip lock bag place London broil in the bag, remove as much oar as possible and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
- You could also place the marinade in a baking dish with the London broil covered tightly with plastic wrap.
- I use a hot charcoal grill and cook to a medium.
