London Broil

London BroilThis London broil is gonna be sliced paper thin then placed on crostini then I’ll top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, pinch of sea salt and black pepper.,
Marinade:

  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • Fresh basil chopped at least 6 leaves
  • 6 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large zip lock bag place London broil in the bag, remove as much oar as possible and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  2. You could also place the marinade in a baking dish with the London broil covered tightly with plastic wrap.
  3. I use a hot charcoal grill and cook to a medium.
