Street Taco Bar for New Years Eve
Everyone has a favorite authentic Mexican restaurant in their area that makes authentic street tacos. I think a self serve Taco Bar is a great idea for New Years Eve! So head to your local, local Mexican restaurant and order the following street taco meats and make a taco bar, no cooking. These are my favorites but I am sure your local restaurant has some great options too!
You will need:
- Carne Asada-grilled beef
- Pollo-Chicken
- Pastor-pork w pineapple
- Carnita-fried pork
A plate of each of the above with a plate of tortillas and a bowl of each of the following pico di gayo, cilantro, sliced radish, hot sauce, lime wedges and guacamole! Everyone loves Tacos and this is a fun way to get people talking and mingling. Of course margaritas are a must.
