Italian Marinated Grilled Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs2In the zip bag I mixed the following ingredients and added the chicken.

You will need:

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh black pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 6 garlic cloves minced

Directions:

  1. I put the chicken in a zip bag with the marinade and removed the air and then placed it in the fridge for about 4 hours. This can be done with all chicken parts. I used the skinless boneless thighs cause I love them.
  2. Then onto a hot grill 5-6 minutes per side till done.
  3. Plate them with some lemon wedges for a squeeze.

I served this with grilled asparagus and my string bean salad. So good. And everything makes for amazing leftovers!
