Sausage Patties

Here is a twist on the breakfast sausage. Turn Italian sweet sausage into a delicious breakfast sausage patties!

You will need:

  • 2 lbs italian sweet sausage meat removed from the casings
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make thin patties.
  2. Using a very hot skillet (I use cast iron) cook the patties on each side till crispy…that’s how I like them. It will take a couple minutes per side.
  3. Place on a paper towel to drain.
  4. Serve hot.
