Sunday Brunch has begun!

10258369_10152165037444891_3284576603131892766_nMy classic BLOODY MARY mix. Just in case you needed it. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 46 ounce can tomato juice use a good quality like Sacramento
  • 1 squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbs prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbs hot sauce I use Tabasco more or less to taste. I use more
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tbs course freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Vodka to taste (I use 2 ounces per drink) added to each drink made.
  • Use a tall glass with ice

For the garnish

  • A lime slice
  • A stalk of celery with the leafs on the end

Directions:

  1. Make the mix ahead of time up to 24 hours and let it sit in the fridge.
  2. Taste it for any adjustment. Remember you can always add the heat but you can’t remove it!
