Sunday Brunch has begun!
My classic BLOODY MARY mix. Just in case you needed it.
Ingredients:
- 1 46 ounce can tomato juice use a good quality like Sacramento
- 1 squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbs prepared horseradish
- 1 tbs hot sauce I use Tabasco more or less to taste. I use more
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbs course freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Vodka to taste (I use 2 ounces per drink) added to each drink made.
- Use a tall glass with ice
For the garnish
- A lime slice
- A stalk of celery with the leafs on the end
Directions:
- Make the mix ahead of time up to 24 hours and let it sit in the fridge.
- Taste it for any adjustment. Remember you can always add the heat but you can’t remove it!
