Whole Roasted Cauliflower
Seriously, this is “Grandmalicious” which is beyond delicious.
You’ll need:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-tbs Dijon mustard
- 1-garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Grated Romano Cheese
Directions:
- Prepare the Cauliflower by cutting the leafs and stem off so the Cauliflower sits flat.
- Smash the minced garlic with the back of a spoon in a bowl then add the balance ingredients and whisk
together. - Brush the mustard evenly over the Cauliflower.
- Place the Cauliflower on a baking sheet and into a pre heated 400 degree oven
5-this will take 45 minutes to 1 hour to roast. - Done is a matter of preference. When the outside looks like my photo, it’s perfect for me. You can roast
longer or shorted depending on your preference. - Let rest before slicing.
- Serve with a sprinkle of Romano cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
