Fan Recipe: Ravioli Lasagna
This delicious recipe is from MamaMancini’s fan Evie Clemente. Sounds amazing!
Ravioli Lasagna
- 1 package of cheese ravioli’s (or any variety you prefer)
- MamaMancini’s meatballs
- Sauce
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Cook raviolis until they are almost done and float to top of water.
- Layer the bottom of a 9×12 pan with sauce.
- Drain ravioli and place a layer of them in the pan.
- Then take your favorite MamaMancini’s meatballs and slice thin or desired thickness and place a layer of the meatballs on layer of ravioli.
- Put more sauce on the meatball layer then add grated cheese and mozzarella on top of the meatballs.
- Then repeat with another layer of ravioli then sauce and MamaMancini’s meatballs making three high layers like lasagna.
- On the top layer, pile on the cheeses again with a little sauce.
- Place in oven at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to hour and cheese is melted.
