Mama’s Meatball Wellington
Ingredients:
- 1 package of filo dough
- Parmesan
- Pancetta
- MamaMancini’s meatballs and slow cooked Italian sauce
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Prepare filo dough by layering with a thin sheen of EVOO.
- Dust with parmesan then a layer of pancetta, spread a thin layer of sauce, thin layers of fresh mozzarella.
- Slice meatballs in thirds and layer.
- Roll your Wellington smoothing all seems.
- Bake @350° for 25-30 mins.
- Slice & enjoy with warmed sauce.
