Ingredients

For the Meatballs

  • 1 package Mama Mancini’s Beef Meatballs in Italian Style Sauce (Recipe serves 3 people)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for browning)

 

For the Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook the potatoes: Place peeled and cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt, bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15–20 minutes. Drain and return to pot.

Mash the potatoes: Add butter and milk, then mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the meatballs: While the potatoes cook, heat meatballs on the stove for 15-20 minutes.

Serve together: Plate a generous scoop of mashed potatoes and top with meatballs. Spoon extra sauce over the top if desired.
