Lobster with Pasta

Just like a really good lobster roll, a pasta dish with lobster should have a sauce that allows you to enjoy the flavor of the lobster. This recipe uses one pound of Pappardelle tossed with six tablespoons of butter, one teaspoon of lemon zest and cooked lobster meat, and a lot of it.

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl add butter that has been sitting at room temperature for 4 hours. Must be completely soft
  2. Toss in pasta moved with tongs from the water to the bowl.
  3. Add lemon zest and toss again with the lobster.

Serve immediately and Enjoy!
