Butter and Parmesan Cheese Pasta

That delicious pasta dish our Grandmother’s made us. Whipped up in just a couple minutes tossed with spaghetti, did we all know it’s actually authentic Alfredo sauce? Well that’s exactly what it is, Alfredo Sauce.

You’ll need:

  • Butter
  • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • A splash of pasta water
  • Pasta
  • A pinch of pepper

Simply let the butter come to room temp, place it in small pieces in a big warm bowl add the grated cheese and whip it together while adding a tbs or so of the pasta water. Then strain and add the pasta and toss till coated.
