Mama Mancini’s Meatloaf Sandwich

Today’s lunch a Mama Mancini’s meatloaf sandwich!
Here is how I made this delicious beauty!

 

Directions:

  1. I sliced one of my Mama Mancini’s meatloaves.
  2. I brushed each side of the slices with a little olive oil.
  3. Brought a cast iron skillet to screaming hot.
  4. Into the skillet went the meatloaf for about 2 minutes a side which not only heated the meatloaf but left it with a nice crispy finish!
  5. Onto some nice toasted ciabatta bread with a little provolone cheese and some baby arugula.
  6. Topped with my Mama Mancini’s tangy meatloaf tomato sauce.

 

Delicious, easy, quick and made only with real ingredients and who does not love a meatloaf sandwich!
