Pizza on the Grill
It’s too hot to make a pizza in the house so I made it on my grill. I heated my pizza stone on the grill then put the pizza on the hot stone closed the lid! 2 min later I turned the pizza then 1.5 minutes later took it out. Perfect.
You’ll use:
- Fresh made mozzarella, a must
- San Marzano tomatoes crushed by hand
- Pecorino Romano cheese
- Homemade dough
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh basil
Remember always use real ingredients with all the recipes you made and you’ll always eat real food.
