Sausage, Peppers and Onions
When it comes to Sausage, Peppers, and Onions, Old School is the best school!
On a sub roll is my favorite way to enjoy this classic, and this is when my side burner on my grill comes in handy.
Directions:
- I grilled the sausage till done.
- I heated my cast iron skillet to hot then added some olive oil and cooked my peppers and onions
seasoned with a little salt and pepper. - When the peppers and onions are done I add the
cooked sausage and toss everything together.
Like I said, I love them on a sub roll that I toast on my grill but this is a great dish served simply as is.
