Swordfish

swordfigh2So, I picked up a nice piece of swordfish and I marinated it with some basil, garlic, and lemon.

You’ll need:

  • swordfish
  • olive oil
  • basil, minced
  • fresh garlic, minced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon

Directions:

  1. Mince the basil and garlic, and mix with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle a little olive oil over the fish and coat evenly with the spices.
  3. Then put it in a zip bag with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. 
  4. Marinate for about an hour. 
  5. Cook this on a hot grill, about  5 minutes on each side.
