Pesto

Pesto

For this Pesto I used basil, garlic, pecorino Romano and Cashews! Sooooooo good. I had some fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and arugula left over from Pizza Night so I made a salad.

 

You’ll need:

  • 4-cups of Basil
  • 2-garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 cup of Romano
  • 1/2cups of in salted cashews

 

Directions:

  1. Put all this in a food processor and slowly
  2. Added extra virgin olive oil until happy with the consistency. You’ll know when you added enough olive oil when it looks like pesto.
  3. Taste and adjust your ingredients.
