Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Garlic and Pancetta.

Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Garlic and Pancetta

I couldn’t make up my mind which one I wanted so I just combined them! Came out great and you could also toss with pasta. Simple.

 

You’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Brussels sprouts cut in half
  • Broccoli cut into smaller pieces
  • Pancetta cubed
  • 5 garlic cloves chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2-tsp black pepper
  • 1/2-tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Equal amounts of each vegetable and 1/4 cup of diced pancetta

 

Directions:

  1. Toss everything in a bowl
  2. Spread onto a baking sheet
  3. Into a per heated 400 degree oven for 30 min
  4. Toss at 20 minutes
