Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
I love grilling portobellos they are so simple and are great with any main dish or even as the main dish! By the way, that’s a grilled PORK CHOP on the plate, Not a steak, and it was amazing!
You’ll need:
- Portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbs of minced fresh rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Take a half cup of olive oil and add to it 5 minced garlic cloves, a tbs of minced fresh rosemary and some salt n pepper
- Let that sit at room temp for an hour
- Then brush both sides of the mushrooms with the oil and place them stem side down on a very hot grill
- After about 3 minutes, brush the backs and flip them
- Brush more oil on the underside and let them cook another 3 minutes
- Flip again and cooked them till tender
- Let them cool amplitude then slice them
