Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Grilled Portobello MushroomsI love grilling portobellos they are so simple and are great with any main dish or even as the main dish! By the way, that’s a grilled PORK CHOP on the plate, Not a steak, and it was amazing!

 

You’ll need:

  • Portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  •  5 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs of minced fresh rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Take a half cup of olive oil and add to it 5 minced garlic cloves, a tbs of minced fresh rosemary and some salt n pepper
  2. Let that sit at room temp for an hour
  3. Then brush both sides of the mushrooms with the oil and place them stem side down on a very hot grill
  4. After about 3 minutes, brush the backs and flip them
  5. Brush more oil on the underside and let them cook another 3 minutes
  6. Flip again and cooked them till tender
  7. Let them cool amplitude then slice them

So good, I promise!
